All of our grains used for our flours are locally grown on our farm or with our neighbouring Organic Farms. All of our flours are "cold milled" (single pass milling) with no heat damage to the flour. The flour is then sifted and packaged in kraft paper flour bags. It is normal if your baked goods are slightly darker than they would be when using a commercial flour. A commercial white flour is further processed which removes many healthy elements of the grain. Often commercial white flours will use bleaching agents to enhance the colour. All of our flours are unbleached.

Our all purpose flour has a moderate protein content making it perfect for all your every day baking needs. Our all purpose flour is made from a mixture of hard and soft wheats.
