Easy Preparation

DOLE SOFT SERVE® is so easy to make you can cater to patrons in all foodservice segments quickly. Just add 1.5 gallon water to the 4.4 lbs dry mix for real fruit flavor.

20 oz. Pineapple Fruit Smoothie Recipe (Dairy or Plant-Based)

Mix the following ingredients in a Blender Jar

8 oz. Milk (2% Milk (if customer wants dairy), Almond Milk, Oat Milk or Soy Milk. Ask the customer if they prefer dairy or dairy-free smoothie. Add a fresh banana if you like.

4 Tablespoons of Dole Pineapple. You can adjust the sweetness by using less or more mix to suit your taste.

8 oz. Ice or 8 to 10 regular size ice cubes

Blend for approximately 15 to 25 seconds until ice is fully crushed and you get a smooth texture. Pour in a cup and enjoy!
